FindLaw Design Intern - Summer 2020
The Associate Designer works closely with the Lead Designer and fulfillment teams. Will handle design intake with a project team to gather important information about the customer and their firm on behalf of the Lead Designer as needed. Associate Designer will assist Lead Designer with the creation of creative briefs, site reworks, imagery, layouts, mobile optimization, resolving defects and partner with other designers to create the initial presentation site (WordPress) as needed for the lead designer.
This person will operate within a WordPress design environment, using a back-end page builder (DIVI) to create industry-leading websites. Additionally, they will collect, convert, and edit text and graphical materials provided by clients and internal team members, updating and applying custom graphic assets where necessary and as needed on behalf of the Lead Designer.
This individual will work in a fast paced, production environment and must be able to provide a high level of customer service to our customers. On behalf of the Lead Designer they will use a project management system to organize workload, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-pasted, production-oriented environment where the customer is the priority. They will also work in partnership with a cross-functional production team, collaborating to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and projects.
