YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Operational Excellence Innovation Manager, are to:

• Responsible for creating an Operational Excellence (OE) innovation road map and implementation strategy for the Customer Support (CS) Project System (PS);
• Create shareable best practices, define innovative OE projects and drive implementation of scalable solutions in manufacturing and non-manufacturing organizations within PS;
• Responsible for driving and integrating digital solutions into OE networks and the Product Supply System (onePSS);
• Support the change management process in new ways of working;
• Lead the implementation of onePSS in non-manufacturing areas and liasons with function specific centers of excellence for OE program design;
• Promote the implementation of best practices in specific regions and sites which also provides personal support and technical coaching;
• Coordinate training activities necessary to the deployment of identified best practices;
• Develop methods to assess and monitor performance and efficiency in manufacturing and non-manufacturing systems;
• Act as support in connected learnings within divisional OE communities and initiatives within CS PS.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, production engineering, lean manufacturing or OE;
• More than 12 years of experience in operational manufacturing or supply chain operations;
• Experience in organization and escalation of innovative solutions;
• Maintain project management and project ownership;
• Sustain high motivation, business drive and understanding;
• Support strategic, innovative and creative out-of-the-box thinking that drives excellent communication skills;
• Carry emotional intelligence, influential skills and common intent to provide navigation in multi-cultural teams.
