As a REDLattice Engineer, projects will be undertaken in small teams with close coordination with customers to develop new or enhance existing tools.

REDLattice is searching for our next Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of one of our most successful products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for owning entire pieces of a product platform from research to end-to-end implementation
• Be a leader in the Agile design, development, testing, and release of new capabilities and features with a focus on release and post-production support
• Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with other team members to drive resolution of issues with a focus on minimizing impact to our customers
• Drive processes improvements and design enhancements to automation and continuously improve all environments
• Monitor the health of our various environments
• Learn through code review, technical guidance, and mentorship, while helping others grow through those same means
• Work in an agile environment with a distributed team

Position Requirements:

• Must have an active US security clearance
• Full-stack engineering expertise with a focus on the backend: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Docker, KVM, GraphQL
• Familiar with modern front-end frameworks and designs: VueJS, React, CSS/SASS/LESS/etc
• Passion for continuous-integration and automated workflows: GitLab CI, Ansible
• Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)
• Strong grasp of automation and monitoring tools (ability to automate repeatable tasks via scripting)
• Ability to define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems
• Exceptional ability to work anywhere in the technical stack, delivering quality code on the backend
• 7+ years of industry experience building scalable web software, large-scale distributed systems, APIs
• Ability to write high performance production quality code
• Experience and interest in working with other engineers and cross functional partners in product and design
• Proactiveness, good communication and fast learning
