We need talented folks who want to work on the forefront of cyber. We aren't talking network defense or basic IT security here. Our positions are mission focused and operational in nature. As a cross platform software engineer projects will be undertaken in small teams with close coordination with customers to develop new or enhance existing tools.

Software Engineer

This task requires an understanding of direct memory access to retrieve system information and alter the running system. It requires an understanding of user mode and kernel mode execution, executable file format manipulation and system execution.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers to solve the hardest security problems
• Work in small groups and independently to build mission critical tools
• Perform technical research utilizing a variety of sources for evaluating both operational tools and processes
• Work/enhance existing frameworks and operational tools to support ongoing missions
• Research, design and develop new capabilities based on mission need and security enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development (specifically in Python, C)
• Knowledge/experience in developing on Linux or Windows
• Understanding of hypervisor systems (KVM/XEN/ESXi) - deployment/administration
• This position requires the candidate to have at least a Secret current security clearance (Top Secret preferred).

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating system internals
• Development utilizing web services (REST)
• Understanding of memory analysis (Volatility)
• Experience with assembly analysis tools (IDA, Ghidra)
