Responsibilities

Oversees kitchen operation while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff. Prepares or directs preparation of meals in accordance with corporate programs and guidelines.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Three years in food service industry
Desired:
  • One year management
  • Associate Degree Culinary Arts
  • Associate Degree Hospitality Management
  • ServSafe Food Safety
