Job Description:

  • Job Summary

  • Performs processing, ordering of testing and accessioning of specimens. Assists with assigned clerical, quality control and maintenance duties. Answers phones, relays patient results and monitors expected/outstanding logs. Aide may perform some waived or moderately complex testing. Aides are expected to perform phlebotomy, EKG and Central Processing duties as their department requires.

    Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

    • High School Diploma or GED preferred

    • BLS required within 90 days of hire
