Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all employees and visitors to the property.
  2. Proactively redirect non-customers/non-employees from parking on the Bank's premises in a courteous yet firm manner.
  3. Provide alternative parking options for customers and non-customers as needed.
  4. Patrol assigned post on foot and report unusual activity to Banking Center Manager and Security Department.
  5. Report maintenance and safety conditions which might endanger all inhabitants.
  6. Respond to all requests for assistance relayed by Supervisor or other responsible manager
  7. Assist in providing a safe and professional work environment for employees, customers and non-customers.
  8. Responsibilities include crowd control and assisting Police Department/Fire Department/EMS or other officials during these processes; maintain control at traffic accidents, assist victims, and investigate causes.
  9. De-escalate any potential issues.
  10. Perform other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years in similar position or a combination of education.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Trained in de-escalation tactics (preferred)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Professional demeanor with focus on exemplary customer service.
  • Must have a disposition to quickly deescalate potential incidents.
  • Ability to assert control in a non-aggressive manner.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have basic computer, data entry, and report writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able and willing to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and customers.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: (Physical effort generally associated with positions)

  • Must be in good physical condition.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, move around banking center and parking lot quickly, sit and/or stand for long periods of time
