Job Summary:

The Communications Strategist is a curious storyteller in the digital space, bringing The Trilogy Advantage to life through blog, social media, and other unpaid media outlets. This teammate models the Company's mission, brands, and goals. Manages all published content to include designs, images, video and written.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Focuses on writing, editing, and proofreading text for a variety of external communications, marketing materials, and publications including, text for external audiences related to public, community, government, or investor relations.
* Manages, creates and develops social media posts for Trilogy brand Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn pages that align into overall brand marketing calendar.
* Develops nurture email campaigns for new sales leads.
* Assists in building blog content library to build Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and sales tool repository.
* Works with Brand Activation team to build out communication tools for campus leadership.
* Collaborates cross-functionally to tell the story of The Trilogy Advantage within brand social handles; culinary, life enrichment, foundation, recruitment, and more.
* Monitors effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Produces, and analyzes reports on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
* Promotes customer service by reviewing and responding as needed to comments/messages on brand social media pages.
* Assists with other external communication needs as necessary, not to limited to, but including resident newsletters and family letters.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 1-3 years

Licenses and Certifications:

None required

Physical Requirements:

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
