Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Add leads and perform data cleanup activities of customer records in CRM
- Customer activation requests
- Customer data pulls
- Assist with Mail List generation
- Call and email inactive customers
- Work collaboratively with team to help support various projects
- Other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Some college in a related field or applicable experience desired
- Business major (does not need to be marketing specific)
- Training in database systems preferred
- Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Personal Attributes: excellent communication skills, dependable, organized, willing to learn, able to multi-task, and attention to detail
- Work onsite
- Able to work up to 28 hours per week
