MISSION :
Leading their team to deliver a model that meets technical and industrial targets and satisfies the manufacturing partners over time, by implementing the responsibility and continuous development of industrializers (Materials, Processes, Measurements, etc...) and by managing the "Local Evolution Control" process.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1- Implements the rules and tools of the Group Leadership model in an exemplary manner.

2- Supports their team members in their competency development and professional development. Ensures the continuity of the staffing of their team.

3- Supports each team member in their commitment and in the respect of professional/personal balance.

4- Communicates and adheres to the vision, progress dynamics and commitments of the site activity of their domain to their team members. Promotes constant collaboration between their team members, and with their partners... Create the conditions for accountability within the team. Incarnates and brings about change in practices, tools, methods,...

5- Captures each PMPM2 evolution request or need (Products, Materials, Processes, Methods, Measures), and manages the associated project portfolio (Premises or contributions to Central projects) as manager of the "Local Evolution Control" process. Arbitrate if necessary the balance of resources/capacity. Pilots the LTI indicator (Lead Time Indus) and the associated outputs.

In the event of qualification as a training school site for practical training courses, the annual resources requested by the LCM are quantified locally and provisioned.

6- For each PMPM2 project of their portfolio, manage and/or as a referent, guarantees the application of the PMPM2 Quality Planning approach locally by the project managers.

7- Contributes to the weekly, monthly and annual monitoring of the performance of their site activity.

8- As a Method referent, leads or participates in advanced tools, Quality or problem solving (FMEA, Audit, ADEQUA...), and according to the cases treated, in collaboration with their Local or Central partners.

9- As a representative of the Industrialization metier of their activity site, participates in operational networks of business lines, performance, progress... (RDM networks, Dedicated Plant Team, Networks of the metier of their team,...).

10- As a member of the local GQA team, can replace its partner managers in their daily activities, excluding team management.
