Job Description
What this job involves -
This position will be dedicated to managing the logistics of moves, adds, and changes within the client's corporate campus by providing detailed planning and flawless execution. They will also manage client artwork program and curation, plus manages various occupancy management data and artwork data technology systems and associated data is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
* Manage employee space and seating needs in liaison with Director OP/MAC and where relevant client HR and department Managers.
* Manage general people/desk moves (from individual to varying size move needs).
* Manage assets - addition/removal/ordering/onsite storage of furniture, artwork, and special equipment.
* Ensure furniture purchases and all changes adhere to client's standard kit of parts
* Manage client art curation, artwork installations, updates, and overall changes.
* Coordinate and track all occupancy changes (desk swap, office layout changes) and maintain CAD records.
* Organize and schedule with teams as needed, pre and post moves and changes.
* Professionally resolve MAC related issues (remedy) promptly and accurately, provide timely responses.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with business stakeholders, handle general internal queries, clarify concerns, and identify solutions.
* Maintain discretion and confidentiality with regards to all discussed MAC planning and dealings.
* Assist with maintaining the CAFM database, ensuring utilization of tool conforms to OP standards, maintaining common data elements, completing bulk data updates, and ensuring reports and themes are planned and maintained appropriately.
* Assist in managing various occupancy supported technologies (including but not limited to reservation booking).
* Onsite vendor coordination (safety training, security access, POC.).
* Budget entries, scheduling, project creation and document tracking.
* Contract and Addendum support.
* Prepare for/attend scheduled team, vendor, and client meetings.
* All other tasks/duties as required.

Desired skills and experience for this job
* Interior Design Degree and/or background
* Project management skills
* Art Degree and/or significant art knowledge
* High attention to design detail and design decisions
* Ability to read and analyze drawings, plans, schedules, and schematics
* Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, and experience with Google Software
* CAFM software experience
* Good problem-solving skills
* Very strong and proven analytical and statistical reporting skills
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Client facing experience in a quality driven environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Exposure within an international corporate organization
* Awareness of health and safety
