Summary:

As a Growth Director, you will create and build relationships with targeted community providers (post-acute & various provider organizations) in your region to explore, structure, and close partnership opportunities that build Bamboo Health's network and create a seamless care journey for patients across the health care continuum. Your focus is on net new logo hunting within the community space, which includes developing lists of potential prospects within region, identifying new potential markets for selling Bamboo solutions, implementing cold outreach sales campaigns, and more. The Growth Director will be expected to work closely with your team, marketing, product, legal, and other growth reps.

What You'll Do:

Sales:

  • Manage strategic and tactical plans to deliver Bamboo Health solutions that meet the prospect's business goals:

    • Identify potential business opportunities and creatively prospect to secure meetings.

    • Ability to qualify business opportunities, understanding needs, motivations and the "why"

    • Engage executives and other key stakeholders to develop opportunities

    • Manage deal negotiation and contracting - Understand and align planning with prospect's budgeting process and timelines

    • Provide timely and accurate forecasts - Communicate clearly and effectively with management regarding risks and upside

    • Ensure all required contact information in SFDC is current, accurate, and appropriate for all levels of the prospect organization and ensure that SFDC accurately reflects products purchased and implemented

    • Collaborate on sales & marketing efforts with internal team

    • Lead commercial growth and "own" the strategic and tactical plans to drive growth within the assigned territory

Prospect Strategy:

  • Understand the prospect's strategic priorities and organizational goals, business objectives, challenges, and capabilities to develop a prospect-specific strategy and tactical delivery plan that incorporates:
    • Roadmap to achieve prospect's goals, including but not limited to operational and regulatory imperatives
    • Prospect revenue model, budget cycle, power structure, influencers (relational heat map), and political dynamics
    • Understand community and local market: competitors, network challenges, partners in the community
    • Current and future product and technical capabilities
  • Maintain rolling 30/60/90-day tactical plans, along with longer term strategic timelines including analysis of territory, strategy on effective outreach, sales campaigns, social media efforts.

What Success Looks Like...

In 3 months...

  • Extensive research and org chart building of post-acute and community provider agencies in your territory to build a complete picture of your region
  • Outbound meeting booking and meeting delivery to drive opportunity generation
  • Begin to ensure successful conversion of these opportunities into paying customers that are an asset to the Bamboo Health provider community

In 6 months...

  • Implement a sales plan including key personal development goals that will be significant to your success over the next 6 months
  • Operate independently within territory to create work and close pipelines to achieve quarterly goals

In 12 months...

  • You will further develop Bamboo Health's community partnerships adding net new relationships

What You Need:

  • A mission-driven focus with a passion for spearheading change
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success in achieving and/or exceeding measurable performance goals in SaaS sales or similar healthcare experience.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and/or exceeding measurable performance goals (3+ years) in SaaS sales or similar healthcare experience
  • Skilled communicator & presenter
  • Strong work ethic to manage a large and varied workload
  • High Empathy, self-awareness, and respect for others
  • Strong sense of team and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to develop productive & effective working relationships
  • Intellectual curiosity & innovation
  • Familiarity with public and private value-based reimbursement and health system transformation efforts preferred
  • Gritty optimism- Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
  • A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A high level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
  • A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection
  • The ability to travel periodically for work
