Essential Functions

• Under direct supervision, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems.
• Monitor and operate facility equipment using Automated Building Management System.
• Perform daily building rounds.

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled as a full-time student and in the following semester, pursuing a bachelor's degree

* Must have and maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) or better at the time of application, throughout the application process, and for the duration of the internship program.

* Basic PC skills required, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Good time-management skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Collaboration/relationship building and detail-oriented skills

General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Hourly Pay Range: $15 - $23

Typical Hourly Pay Range: $15 - $17

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
