Systems Analyst II

Position Summary
The Systems Analyst's role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. They will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues. This includes actively resolving escalated end-user help requests within established SLAs. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. The Systems Analyst also works to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions, both directly and indirectly through collaboration with other teams.
