POSITION SUMMARY:
Accountable for and supervise daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department (KY) within NFI Parts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Supervise the AR staff in KY to ensure proper execution of all tasks.
  • Work with AR Manager to Analyze and coordinate AR staff workload.
  • Train new staff and make sure KY staff is cross trained.
  • Provide coaching and development of staff throughout the year.
  • Provide completed Employee Performance Reviews (EPR) new employee's (1, 3 & 5 Month Review).
  • Work with AR Manager to develop departmental processes and ensure they are being adhered to.
  • Weekly reporting of KPIs to staff.
  • Weekly one on one meeting with AR Manager (Go over potential risks and department updates).
  • Prepare quarter end reports for AR (Reserve Allowance (Private side of business).
  • Participate and work with Business Systems on Oracle project testing (CRFs related to AR).
  • Act as a liaison with other departments regarding business flow and process development / refinements.
  • Responsible to ensure all key controls (ICFR) identified under their area of responsibility are designed and operating as outlined in the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
  • Ensure policies and processes are adhered to ensure goals and objectives for all regulatory and legal requirements are met including organizational Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety programs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Accounting experience.
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Detailed oriented with analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient Mathematical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
