Job Description
Responsibilities
**On call (just over the phone) every 7th weekend**
The Coord, VAD oversees and manages the complex care of a Ventricular Assist Device patient. This includes, but is not limited to, ordering/coordinating all phases of patient care, assuring that all DNV requirements are being met, updating documentation annually, assisting with staff education and participating in outreach.
Qualifications
Required:
- Three years nursing experience
- Associate Degree
- Registered Nurse (KY)
Desired:
- Bachelor Degree
