As a leader of the Business Development team, you will play an important role in helping fulfill our mission of "Changing People's Lives". Market Business Development Director leads the teams who serve as a liaison between our hospital and referral sources from the local community. Our team is also responsible for increasing community awareness of the services of our hospital. We maintain a high level of customer service, by ensuring all admissions are well coordinated with the hospital intake and referral office.

Position Details
The Market Director of Business Development (Market DBD) implements and directs the business development process to assure that multiple locations census and revenue goals are met. The Market DBD plans, directs and coordinates the identification of and marketing to potential patient referral sources. Responsible for maintaining ongoing positive relationships with identified referral sources. Monitors community trends indicating the needs for new services/programs. Develops and analyzes metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies for the affected locations. Conducts ongoing competitor analysis. Hires, trains, and oversees activities of assigned BD representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
- Previous experience in health care business development required. A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using own auto.
- Must show proof of automobile insurance.
