Referral Coordinator
Bariatric Surgery

Full time/First Shift
Under general direction, the Referral Coordinator coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining preauthorization's, and communicating status of appointments.
Primary role will be checking out patients, managing a large volume of patients, assisting the check in staff and supporting the overall referral process.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Other education preferred.
Computer skills preferred.
