Baptist Health is looking for a Materials Operations Lead to join our team in Louisville, KY

Materials Operations Lead role is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the requisitioning, receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. This role assumes individual is knowledgeable in all tactical materials job functions and works independently as well as guides teams in various project efforts, to minimize cost and maintain excellent service to our clinical customers.

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required:

* High school diploma/GED required

* 1-2 years warehouse experience required

* Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma process improvement preferred
